Producing wine in the heart of New York is the ambitious goal of the latest wine concept City Winery in the big apple. As with the forerunner CrushPad in San Francisco, City Winery offers wine entertainment on a brad scale. From the grape, delivered from California, Oregon or even Argentina, to the fermentation in french barriques, everything a hobby winemaker dreams of. A vast winelist in the restaurant with stage and live acts around wine shows, even rock shows. The launch was accompanied by a discussion held by Alvaro Palacios and Suzanne Vega ,moderate by the owner Michael Dorf, around the marriage between wine and music.
