The Winemaker
Our full-bodied dry white wine is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Tishbi Estate Vineyards and harvested by hand. Our Chardonnay carries the exotic aromas of Apricot, melon and peaches. The wine undergoes a process of slow fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel vats and oak barrels.
