Tishbi Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Reviews

Romazini: 4/5 Stars

Elegant Cabernet Sauvignon Blend from Israel. Bold, warm and dark fruit. Soft mouthfeel with vanilla, chocolate and fine spices. Medium fruity finish.

The Winemaker

Our Cabernet Sauvignon displays an elegant body and a wide range of flavors and aromas including forest berries, plums, blackberries, cloves and just a hint of cedar. This unfiltered wine exudes a subtle earthiness and has a long finish. The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, aged together in oak barrels for a period of 12 months. The wine is an excellent companion for grilled meats, stews and quiches. Kosher for passover.
