Lots of wine for little money. A real bargain full of fresh lime and gras hints. Medium body with clean acidity and solid finish.
The Winemaker
Hand picked and mechanical harvest in March.
Soil: Alluvial, with good permeability.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks for two months.
Color: Bright greenish-yellow.
Nose: Frutal nose with citric notes like grapefruits.
Taste: Very fresh, balanced and with good acidity.
Enjoy with: Fresh or cooked seafood, such as oysters, scalops and salmon.
