Our lush Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of the warm and dry summer conditions in the central valley that provides our grapes with depth and richness. Sheltered between the coastal range and the Andes Mountains, the vineyards enjoy cool night temperatures that add to the refined character.
A well-balanced red wine with juicy blackberry flavours and hints of cassis, chocolate, dry plum an vanilla. 70% is aged in stainless steel tanks, 30% in three year old medium toast american barrels for three months.
