Vintage 2008: The organically grown and produced 2008 Con Class Verdejo is sourced from 70- to 100-year-old Verdejo vines. Light straw-colored with attractive mineral, floral and tropical aromas, on the palate it is vibrant, concentrated, and long. Drink this tasty Verdejo over the next two years.

Vintage 2008: Light gold. Highly perfumed aromas of lime, salty minerals, honeysuckle and herbs. Pure, focused and energetic, with spicy citrus and green apple flavors underscored by smoky herbal and floral qualities. Offers excellent clarity and finishing cut, echoing the lime and mineral notes. This would work great with raw oysters.
