Vintage 2007: Ripe, focused and open-textured, with a savory herb-crusted meat character adding interest to the blackberry and plum flavors. Drink now through 2014.

Vintage 2007: The purple-colored 2007 Shiraz was aged in 25% new French and American oak. It gives up aromas of pepper, lavender, boysenberry, and blueberry followed by a medium-bodied, elegant style of Shiraz with good depth and length. It has enough structure to evolve for 1-2 years and will be at its best from 2011 to 2019.
