A nicely aromatic white from the spanish La Mancha. The freshness of the original Airen is combined with the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. A great value and perfect match with Apetizers or light summer menus.

Vintage 2008: The 2008 Ercavio Tempranillo Roble is also 100% Cencibel (Tempranillo) aged for 5 months in mostly French oak. Purple/black in color, it offers up aromas of liquid mineral, lightly baked black fruits, spice box, and violets. Medium- full bodied on the palate, it is dense with excellent volume, savory flavors and a bit of structure. This lengthy effort may well evolve for 1-2 years but can be enjoyed now

Vintage 2006: Greenish straw. Racy citrus and green apple on the nose, with a kiss of white pepper. The vivid lemon zest and apple flavors are firm and dry, finishing with good focus and lift. Excellent value here.
