Reviews
Romazini: 4/5 Stars
The Winespectator: 85/100 Points
Vintage 2008: An elegant, tender rosé, with light cherry and watermelon notes. The light, floral finish has a nice mineral hint. Drink now. 5,000 cases made
The Winemaker
A lively, fresh and aromatic wine with a lovely light pink colour.
Well balanced, slightly spiced with aromas of raspberry and redcurrant.
Sorted by hand. "Saignée" method (free run juice). Skin contact maceration with re-incorporation of cold juices at a temperature of 5°C. Fermentation at controlled temperatures below 17°C. Raked on fine lees.
