Vintage 2007: The 2007 Borsao is 80% Garnacha and 20% Tempranillo fermented in stainless steel. Dark ruby-colored, it has an enticing bouquet of spice box and black cherry. Balanced, with good depth and a bit of structure, this attractive, savory wine will provide pleasure for the next 2-3 years.
